It does this by creating new hypothetical concepts that “link” internal and external product, process, and ecosystem attributes (or variables) in new ways that create new customer benefits. These are new dependencies (relationships) between existing product attributes, properties, or variables and the environment in which it operates. (As “x” changes, “y” changes, to become a more dynamic and useful system).
