This is the actual working Macro Enabled Excel file like the one shown in the Tool Selection Matrix Video.  You can sort, edit, prioritize, and even customize the worksheet for your projects and company. It is used to select the best tool (or set of tools) for a given specific Inventive Thinking Situation (or combination of situations) you identify in the rows.  Survey a group and put multiple weighting on the Inventive Thinking Situations to create a prioritized list of topics to cover in a brainstorming session, workshop, or training class. Customize the Excel Worksheet with your own tools (yellow on the top) or Inventive Thinking Situations (red on the left side).
